Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 800 g Salmon fillet
  • 60 g Butter
  • 60 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 12 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Select the “Preheat” program on the Cosori air fryer, set the temperature to 175°C (350°F), and press the Start/Pause button.

  3. Lightly spray the preheated air fryer basket with oil and place the fish inside.
  4. Cook the fish for about 15 minutes.

  5. Combine the butter, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan and melt over low heat for 1 minute.

Notes

  • Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel before cooking. Excess moisture prevents the surface from crisping properly.
  • If using frozen salmon, add about 3 extra minutes to the cooking time. 
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leave space around the salmon so hot air can circulate evenly.
  • Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillet. Thicker cuts may need 1–2 extra minutes.
  • Check doneness with a fork. The salmon should flake easily and appear opaque.
  • For extra flavor, brush the salmon with the lemon cream sauce right before serving, not during cooking, to avoid burning.
