Method
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.

- Select the “Preheat” program on the Cosori air fryer, set the temperature to 175°C (350°F), and press the Start/Pause button.

- Lightly spray the preheated air fryer basket with oil and place the fish inside.
- Cook the fish for about 15 minutes.

- Combine the butter, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan and melt over low heat for 1 minute.

- Serve salmon with rice and lemon cream sauce

Notes
- Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel before cooking. Excess moisture prevents the surface from crisping properly.
- If using frozen salmon, add about 3 extra minutes to the cooking time.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leave space around the salmon so hot air can circulate evenly.
- Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillet. Thicker cuts may need 1–2 extra minutes.
- Check doneness with a fork. The salmon should flake easily and appear opaque.
- For extra flavor, brush the salmon with the lemon cream sauce right before serving, not during cooking, to avoid burning.
