Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press.
Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, spices, and salt to taste.
Mix the mixture well.
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and pat them dry thoroughly. Arrange them on the lower rack of the air fryer and brush with the seasoned mixture.
Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry. Arrange them on the middle rack with the bones facing the center and the meaty parts toward the edges, then brush them with the seasoned mixture as well.
Air fry for 35 minutes at high temperature (480°F/250°C)
Serve the air fryer–roasted chicken drumsticks with potatoes and vegetables.
