Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
  

  • 8 pcs Chicken Drumsticks Unfrozen
  • 8 pcs Potatoes
  • 2 tbps Seasonings of your choice
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 200 g Mayonnaise

  • 1 Air Fryer

Method
 

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, spices, and salt to taste.

  3. Mix the mixture well.
  4. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and pat them dry thoroughly. Arrange them on the lower rack of the air fryer and brush with the seasoned mixture.

  5. Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry. Arrange them on the middle rack with the bones facing the center and the meaty parts toward the edges, then brush them with the seasoned mixture as well.

  6. Air fry for 35 minutes at high temperature (480°F/250°C)
  7. Serve the air fryer–roasted chicken drumsticks with potatoes and vegetables.

Notes

  • Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model and size.
  • Use potatoes of similar size for even cooking.
  • You may not need to use all of the sauce—apply just enough to coat the chicken and potatoes.
  • For a lighter version, substitute regular mayonnaise with light mayo or Greek yogurt.
  • Let the chicken rest for 3–5 minutes before serving for juicier meat.
